Long Island Sound Vocal Jazz Ensemble of C.W. Post will be having a 1950’s Sock Hop on Friday, April 13th. Sounds like a lot of fun with 50’s themed evening, centered around dinner and swing dancing lessons.
The ensemble has been given the opportunity to perform in the Montreux Jazz Festival in Montreux Switzerland. This Sock Hop event will help raise money for the cost of this tour.
5:30PM Dinner (Open only for Dinner ticket holders)
6:30PM Dance Lesson (Doors open at 6:30PM for Dance-only ticket holders)
7:30PM-10:30PM Dance & Silent Auction
Dinner tickets ($45) can be reserved by calling 516.299.2475 by 3pm on Thurs., April 12th.
The $15 tickets do not need to be reserved and can be purchased at the door.
